Verycool Vintage Towel Bar with swinging lower barwith an interesting cap at the end of the bar. Deco design wall brackets. Circa approx. 1930\'s.Thewall brackets are solid nickel and the bars are nickel plated steelwith no wear to the plating. Beautiful condition for age. No damage except for a few small scratches around screw holes. Quality construction. Bases measure 1 1/2\" x 2 1/2\".Total length is 19 1/2\". Main bar is 18 1/4\" long and the bottom bar is 13\".
