Here is a wonderful and huge wood carved and painted sun mask by well known Kwakwaka\'wakw Chief and artist Simon Dick. The mask just came out of a recent estate and is being sold way below its true value. The mask is carved and painted very well and is in excellent condition.The mask is very large measuring 41 inches in length and approximately 45 inches in width, with a 8 1/2\" in depth. The mask was originally sold for $6300.00 in 1997 by the Inuit gallery in Vancouver. Simonis very well known and lots of information can be found online about him.Because themask is so large I will be taking it apart to ship, however it is numbered and very easy tore-assemble.
