          Both sides are inscribed with Hebrew writing \"Kadesh Li Kol Bechor\" (Let the first male child of every mother among the children of Israel be kept holy for me).
          Each of the coins is a shekel (old Hebrew coin and weight measurement).
          Comes in a green velvet pouch.

          Weight: 104gr / 3.344oz.
          Pidyon Ha-ben, or Pidyon Ha-bonin is a Jewish ceremony in which the father redeems his wifes firstborn son by offering to a cohen (a male Jew descended from the first priest, Aaron) the equivalent of five silver shekels (ancient coins).
          The ceremony, which normally takes place 30 days after the child\'s birth, dates from Old Testament times.
