Green Mountain premium quality 24\" factory threaded, chambered and contoured, tapers to .650\" at muzzle. 4140 Chrome Moly Steel, precision-reamed, button rifled, short chambered, stress relieved & air gauged to + or - .0002\" . The chamber is cut .050\" short to allow for establishing correct headspace on various Mauser 98 actions. Barrel is threaded & ready to screw on your action, not blued, in the white, chambered in 7x57 Mauser. This barrel will require finish chambering by an experienced gunsmith. Fits most Large Ring ( 1-3/8\") Mauser 98 actions, as well as Mark X, FN, Centurion and many others, threaded 1.100\"x12tpi.
