This is in beautiful condition, please see the photographs for vibrance. There are no rips or tears. There are 22 artist renderings that fold up accordion style into the booklet which was meant to be mailed for only one penny! When you open it up, you will see beautiful highly detailed color rendereings of the following Washington DC buildings:

Union station, the United States Capitol, the White House, the Library of Congress, the United States Treasury, the Washington Monument, the State, War, and Navy departments, the new post office, the new bureau of printing and engraving on Potomac Park and basin, Washington’s mansion at Mount Vernon, Pennsylvania Ave., the post office department, Curtis Lee mansion, US government printing office, the new national museumm, the Corcoran art gallery, the pension office, the patent office, Lincoln Memorial, and the Smithsonian institution.
