Part No.s 716 & 1100 respectively, neither of them have a mold controlletter. The pan is what I call a true piece of \"Extra Finished Hollow Ware\", with the Handle having the top Polished at the same time the inside was milled out and both are quite smooth. This is not as common as the pans with The Handle being Rough on top. Pan & Lid come direct from work & have a wonderful coat of polymerizedhydrocarbons by the way of a long service engagement from which they are beingdownsized. Just a hot bath a brisk towel rub & they\'ll be ready to whomp up some unbelievabletastin\' vittles.
