TWO small Bunte Filmilder cigarette or candy cards in good condition with corner and edge wear, a small chip on the left edge of the card showing Shirley in her riding habit and a corner bump in the top left of the card showing Shirley in a pleated dress. Each 1 1/4 x 2 3/8”.3. “100 Years of Cinema” full stamp sheet from Ghana with Shirley Temple stamp in the lower right corner. Good, unused condition with a small lower right corner bend. 6 1/4 x 8 1/2”.4. Instruction sheet ONLY for the 1959 Advance pattern #8813 wardrobe for the 12” vinyl Shirley doll. Good condition with some age toning, shipped folded as originally included in the envelope. Unfolded size is 15 x 19”.5. Original 1946 Rod Tolme photo of Shirley dancing in “Honeymoon”. The back has Tolme’s credit stamp and some paper loss in the corners and center. Good condition otherwise with some light surface dents and toning, numbered HIM.R 23. 4 1/4 x 6 5/8”.6. Original 1935 bluetone Italian clipping of Shirley writing to Santa. Very good condition, 4 1/4 x 6”.7. Original Art Photo color post card from the UK #41B. Postally unused, but does have some surface marks, edge wear and a ding at the top edge. The back has toning around the edges. Nice portrait card.8. Original clipped color giveaway picture on paper from the August 1, 1936 Australian Home Journal showing “Curly Top” Shirley with a plush duck. FAIR condition with several dings, dents, winkle and a small tear at the top, plus two pieces on yellowed tape and some paper loss on the blank back. Lovely pastel colors. About 6 1/4 x 8”.9. 1978 newspaper clipping “Would You (Want To) Believe Shirley Temple is 50?” Good condition with slight yellowing and a fold about 4” in from the right edge, plus some paper remnants on the back corners. 7 x 13 3/4”.10. Six-part April 6-11, 1983 Boston Herald feature articles from “The Shirley Temple Story” by Lester and Irene David, complete. All on 11 1/2 x 14 1/2” folded pages with several photos, from childhood to teen. Very good condition with some age yellowing, a couple of tears and slight dog ears. Since this is a complete set, I’ve counted it as one item in the group.
