I bought this with out a box at a major department store. It was a customer return or display item and usually have painted or polished portion of the bottoms of the soles or a secreted number written on the bottom of one of the shoes to prevent store return at full price. Or we discovered the following issues: Creasing across toes - may have been a retail customer returned shoe. They may also have signs of being handled and tried on in store so please review the photos.ng. ( *But I do often add one or two obvious professional stock photos of the shoe, from other authorized retailers, for your comparison and authentication.)

Return Policy

You may return this item for any reason! All customers wishing to return an item must return it with in 14 days of receipt, in the same condition sent. There is no such thing as true uniform sizing yet, so different styles from the same brand can fit dramatically different. It is NOT a defect when a shoe that you feel should fit but for some reason doesn't because sizing varies between brands and styles and even season of manufacture of the shoe.
