Thislovely 19th. century Victorian ornate brass framed cobalt &white domed opaque glass center is displayed on a 9 ½” brass pin w a brassundercarriage of ½”. Underneath this elegant pin we can see its brass ringmeasures over 1/8” wide w its decorative top fastened by 4 evenly spaced brassholders soldered to the brass circular bar. A narrow space separates the cobalt& white piece from the brass circular bar. The tip of this 10 3/8” thispretty hatpin is slightly bent. A unique hatpin indeed as all the rest in theestate were the more common plain black ones.
