Not marked as such but from the library of Elizabeth (Mrs. John) Smith of St. Joseph, MO. Includes loose enclosures of Benton Club of St. Joseph (MO) Broadside announcement of Feb. 9, 2006 lecture/book signing (I assume) by author Joseph Kinyoun Houts. Jr and Benton Club Calendar for Feb. 2006 Includes numerous b&w photos (mostly of original medical documents). Very nicely done!.

Book, contents and dust jacket are in near excellent condition as are the two broadsides.
