Date English antique Victorian solid sterling silver, with silver hallmarks forBirmingham1890(date letter \"q\") on the t-bar and the swivel/dog catch, soguaranteed all original and matching. There are lion passant silver stamps on all of the chain links too. Thesilver vesta caseis hallmarked Birmingham 1904. (date letter \"e\").

Maker Silversmiths initials \"E.P\", stamped on the bar andthe swivel catch.

ConditionLovely original condition,no splits or solder repairs, and withonly minorage-related wear on the chain links. The swivel/dogcatch worksperfectly,opening and closing securely and still has a good strong spring. Thesolid silver vesta case is in great conditionand still has a very strong sprung hinged lid. Excellent quality chain anda more uncommon fetter link. Complete with a genuine antiquesilver coin fob.Direct from a private estate.
