I am so THRILLED to present thisCHUNKY Antique 10ct Rose Gold Shell and solid 10k gold bandSignetdress ring.. just FABULOUS!.It is very old and around 1910This is for a man or woman and is very wide and has a raised signet style front . .like the old signet rings.
. it is app size 10 USA or T 1/2 Australia. the band is wide and chunky and has never been engravedIT HAD A SPLIT BAND SO LAST WEEK MY JEWELLER USED SOME OF MY ANTIQUE SOLID 10CT GOLD AND CUT THE BAND OUT AND REPLACED WITH SOLID GOLD.. THE FRONT IS A MORE PINK GOLD HUE.. SO THE FRONT IS GOLD SHELL AND THE BAND SOLID GOLD ! . HE CANNOT DO REPAIRS ON GOLD SHELL OR GOLD FILLED SO HE HAD TO REPLACE WITH SOLID GOLD , IT COST $100 BUT IS PERFECT NOW !! OFFERED AT A SPECIAL PRICE.. AS THE JEWELLER HAD SOME COMPARABLE SIGNET RINGS IN HIS STORE FOR OVER $800 - 1200 and more !!

HISTORY
Circa 1910 , and from fRANCE it did have a french weevil hallmark but the jeweller cut that out to add the solid gold bandDESCRIPTION AND SIZINGIt is suited for a man or a woman

The front measures 1.8cm or 3/4\" wide and is 1.5cm or 5/8\" across.. a very bold signet ring indeed... The band measures app 1.3cm or 1/2\" wide at the front , graduating down to app 6mm or 1/4\" at the back

The ring is solid not hollow and lovely and VERY CHUNKY.. looks fabulous on the finger..

and weighs just under 13grams very hefty weight due to the amount of gold in it !SUMMARYits now in perfect antique Condition. The shank is lovely and round.
