You are looking at a nice size Doll House by the Manufactures of Hello Dolly Products - Sanrio. The house measures 16\" wide x 14\" high x 11\" deep. It has a side door and balcony doors that open and close. The bay widows open outward and the upstairs casement windows slide up and down - kinda cool! The house is in good to very good condition but it is missing some pieces: The inside ladder (or staircase), one front porch railing, the upper balcony railings (it has one of them - the largest one) and the front door (it does have the side entry door, though). There are 3 small holes on the roof (see picture) so I imagine there must have been something like decorative finials there but I\'m not sure. See all pictures.
Not in the picture is the right side roof overhang which I have and will attach before shipping (the picture was taken before I noticed it was off).
Also included are a four pieces of furniture to start you off as well as a small curved staircase (not pictured) that I could not figure out what it was for. Then I discovered that it is the same height as the bay window so maybe this is for Kitty to climb up on and sit on the bay window ledge - I\'m just guessing. Anyway, it\'s yours as well.
