This dress is a French 2 / US Medium and measures 15\" underarm to underarm, 12\" across the waist, 15\" across the hips when laid flat and 33\" from the back of the neck to the bottom hem.

This dress is made of a rayon and lycra blend and is in great pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear.
