Photo is completely written in the hand of White House Chief of Staff, Andrew Card and are the exact words whispered by Andy Card to President Bush on that very tragic day at that very moment on 9/11/2001 .

The inscription written by Mr. Card in his hand reads: \" A Second plane hit the Second Tower. America is under attack ! ~ 9/11/2001 \" and then signed by Andy Card as well. Handwriting and signature are bold in superb professional Gold sharpie pen with amazing contrast and would look incredible framed or displayed.

Item was signed for me personally by Andy Card himself and all writing in his hand following a political event here in Washington, D.C.
