This sale is for a large cruet with a hobstar pattern from a maker unknown to me. I have had this piece for several years, and have yet to find another one like it. Measures 8 5/8\" tall x 4\" lip to handle, with a 4\" base diameter. This piece is in very good condition with the above noted issues.
As usual I will combine shipping whenever possible.As most of my items are antique or vintage glassware they very often have bubbles, strawmarks, or cooling marks in the glass. I rarely make note of these in the discription of the item unless there is an abundence of them. I will usually note inclusions and cooling checks. None of these are after market and come from the manufacturer that way. I always try to accurately describe all pieces I list, especially noting any damage I find. I am not an expert in glass but I try to learn something new every day, and always welcome imput from those who know more than I do on the subject.
I ship thru U.S.P.S. only, usually priority mail, this is the easiest and safest route I have found, also the quickest to payup when you have to make a claim for damage in shipping. I pack items very well for shipping, but if you should ever have to place a claim for damage, either take the item with the original packaging to the post office or send good photographs of everything to U.S.P.S.com/claims, this is actually there policy as you have possession of the item.
