RETURNS-You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Kinky Collectors within 14 days of delivery for a refund or equal replacement.
All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 7 working days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized.
-A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for \"buyer’s remorse\" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable.
