Loss / Damage
If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipper. Please be sure to keep original box and all packaging (very important) and be prepared to photograph the damage digitally to email to the seller as part of the claim process. (at least 5-7 photos) A replacement will be sent out asap once claim is approved.
