Beautiful Oscar Caplan signed vintage 18 karat solid yellow gold solitaire oval cut faceted smoky quartz. This ring tested positive for 18 karat and estimating 12 carats, approximate weight is 16.2 g, the ring size is 6.5. The ring is stamped Oscar Caplan, it has outstanding clarity and cut, rare to find a faceted smoky quarts of the size and quality! This item is straight from mom\'s jewelry box, as is and previously worn. There is a small hairline crack on the inside bottom of the ring and the stone is slightly tilted, both easy repairs for the jeweler, and do not detract from this magnificent ring.
