An amazing and quite beautiful specimen of cubic Pyrite from Spain. It features EIGHT MIRROR-BRIGHT cubes of golden Pyrite to 5.0 cm. intergrown with one another to create a fantastic formation that is quite attractive no matter which side you view it from. MUCH SHINIER in person. I purchased this cluster directly from the mine owner, who informed me that virtually all such \"chains\" of Pyrite cubes from this locality are reconstructed after removal from the hard clay host rock; this piece may have one such repair. A really choice example of this material, with a very graceful composition that is dazzling all the way around. I\'ve included a short VIDEO showing all sides of the specimen - note that the video quality is not very good and that the colors in the video are inaccurate, but it will give you a good idea of its three-dimensional shape. Guaranteed to AMAZE and delight!

NOTE: These Pyrites are always MUCH SHINIER in person than they appear in my photos. I have to use very diffused lighting to show adequate detail on the cubes, but in reality the luster is MIRROR-BRIGHT.
