The piece features adetailed cake design accented with rubies, sapphires, and pearls with the phrase HAPPY ANNIVERSARY across it. The pendant measures approx 2” x 1 1/2” and is marked MB 14K on the underside. It weighs a hefty 15.2 grams. The condition is excellent with no damage and only light signs of wear.
