Super clean Gemmy Haunted House, used very little and it shows it. Comes with all the original stakes and tethers, extra bulbs,Instruction manual. Because these houses were under powered from the factory an extra air tube was installed to accommodate an extra blower. A leaf blower works fine on low power or a small bounce house blower 3.5amp.As you can see it works great.I have done this to several of these houses over the years with great success.Comes with the original box and even the original plastic shipping bag.Motion sensor for interior lights and sound effects ( uses 4 AA batteries) is very clean with no corrosion and the sound is loud.I believe all the light bulbs work.The colors are crisp and bright with no fading at all. The clip that holds the tower to the main house is even intact. All the bats and spiders are accounted for hanging from the ceiling. All zippers work fine. Blower motor legs are all in great condition, no cracks or brakes in plastic.The leaf blower in pictures is not included.Be the hit of the neighborhood next year. Tape on Spider leg on main entrance is gone. I did a inside repair and also a inside repair on the back 1\" on edge on roof. You can\'t see them anyway where they were located on the roof and the one on the eve.
