All the orders will be shipped within 1 working day from when we receive the payment or when it will be cleared.

Instructions for the return

Make sure that the products are at the same condition as you received them.

Send us a communication, with your order number as reference requiring the return for one or more products.
Await a confirmation mail, in which we will send you all the information for the shipment.
Prepare the package and make sure that the box has the characteristics of robustness suitable for shipping.
If we receive the package after 45 days from the shipping there wont be any refund. For this reason we recommend you to use a fast shipping method.
