This is an extra large bowl carved from wood in the shape of a fish. I believe it is teakwood, but I am not certain of that. I think it is unstained and it is not varnished. There is no shine to it at all. This piece will look good with your Tiki or mid century modern decor, or with your fish collection. It is perfect for serving chips, cookies, nuts, etc. and if you attach a hanger on the back it would make a nice wall hanging too.

The bowl is approximately17\" long x 14-3/4\" wide x 2-1/4\" tall. The shipping may seem high because the bowl weighs a little over 3 pounds without a box or packaging materials and has to go by the 5 pound rate once it is packed and ready to ship.

Overall Good Condition. Light scratches in a few places, a miscut in one place, and minor cracks in 2 places. There is some sort of marking on the bottom, but I cannot tell if it\'s from the maker or what.
