Hemp Macrame Necklace with New Zealand Paua or Abalone Shells and Glass Beads

Hand made in Byron Bay, Australia. This is a hemp twine necklace with a beautiful New Zealand Paua Shells and glass beads, woven using the square knot macrame stitch.

This necklace clasps easily around the neck using a strong wooden bead through the knot technique. It can be worn in water and will last for years. It can be worn everyday, in the shower or the bath. It reacts well to water, and can be worn on the beach and in the ocean, however we do recommend removing any jewellery before swimming in the Zealand Paua Shells
