You are offerding on a lovely hand painted cake plate made in Limoges France by Tresseman and Voight. It measures 11\" across including the handles. The floral design is painted under the glaze. The gold trim is over the glaze. There are initials on the back and a date for the gold trim. There is a large chip, about one inch long, on the back of the rim. It is not visible from the front.
