Made of Molded White Plastic or Resin- Resembles Ivory. Vintage piece, pre-1990Attaches to the wooden base with pegs
Nicely sculpted piece. The details are quite good.In these days of Advanced technology and mass production, people seldom consider that somewhere along the line, an artist has to create the original figure from which to mold something like this. Especially back when this was made, sculpting a mold to make a good plastic product was bit of an art-form by itself.Good used condition- the Wood part has a couple dings, and one millimeter of a finger tip looks like it might have chipped off.
