Harley-Davidson part number 94654-98B is a 750mA Supersmart Battery Tender. Small and more economical to operate than the larger HD global battery charger with most of the same features. It\'s better than a trickle charger, because of the \"smart\" feature that turns itself on and off as needed so your battery never overcharges. Accepts North American voltage (120V) supplied with 2-prong unpolarized plug. Output is 12 VDC @ 750 mA. Charger output lead is equipped with quick-disconnect black connector and a 7.5 Amp fused alligator clip harness (never used). Kit is missing the ring terminal that affixed to the motorcycle battery with the male end of the quick-disconnect connector. Those sell at the HD shop for a couple of bucks and all of the newer bikes have them from the factory. Sold my bike, selling off my accessories. From a non-smoking home.
