I wish I could tell you more about tis piece, but I really know nothing about its origin. It looks VERY professionally made (not fan made) but this was never sold by Disney. My best guess, it was made as a prototype and pitched to Disney, but never released. Its solid resin except the candles are wax or rubber. The bottom has a nice felt lining. Has a hanger on the back. Just a REALLY well made, solid piece. About 6\" wide and 7\" tall.
