Up for your consideration is a gorgeous Haviland & Co. Limoges France hand painted 8 1/2\" decorative plate. This is a beautifully hand painted plate with vivid greens/pinks/maroon floral designs. Accented with gold paint swirls. The plate has scalloped edges. The edge is also gold painted. Shows some wear along the gold painted edge. There is a small chip along the edge of the plate that is barely noticeable. (See photo). The mark on the back is classic Haviland & Co. Limoges France mark.

From the website hollylaneantiques.blogspot.com I found the following information about the mark.

The H & Co. back mark is one of the oldest Haviland & Co. marks dating to the late 1800\'s, This is how I dated this piece. There are two marks on the back of Antique Haviland, one represents the maker, the other represents the decorator. If there is only one mark then the plate was sold as white ware and usually decorated elsewhere.

This is an amazing piece of Antique Haviland Limoges. I have not been able to find this design, I believe it is unique.
