This listing is for one (1) Antique Haviland and Co Limoges Dinner Plates in Schleiger 475 J with yellow and pink roses. Schleiger 475J features long scrolling trellises with roses, leaves and wispy green foliage and gold daub trim. The flower colors vary on this dish from 475J , but the pattern is an exact match. The shape is blank 1, commonly called Ranson, featuring delicately embossed scallops. It\'s a beautiful pattern stunning in it\'s intricacy and vibrant colors.
The plate is underglaze marked \"H&Co, L, France\" in green, Mark H which was used from 1888 through 1896. It is decorator marked \"Haviland & Co Limoges\" in red, mark c, used from 1889 to 1931. The two stamps and introduction of the Ranson blank in 1893 dates the piece 1893 and 1896.
The plate measures 9 5/8\" in diameter and weighs 14.4 oz.
All the pieces available are free of chips, cracks, crazing and fleabites. There are no notable marks from use or storage. The feet have light shelf wear. There are some variations in the paint as expected from hand painted porcelain. The gold is in excellent condition with no notable rubbing. The plate will make a wonderful addition to a Haviland table setting or to add to an Antique Haviland collection.
