Depending on theavailability, a larger item may arrive in a double taped new or used cardboardbox with; air-bubbles, peanuts, padded mailers and packing paper. I tryto re-use as much packaging product as I can. I hope that you can help re-usesome of it too. If you need extra attention given to your package because youhave a small mailbox, live in an apartment building or have a carrier thatthinks mail requires bending as part of the delivery process, just let me know.I have not nor will I ever give a courtesy refund for an item that you say youdidn\'t get but says \"delivered\" on tracking. If you think there is apossibility of theft from your delivery address you need to shore that businessup. Get a PO Box or have packages held at your local post office.

I\'m glad to take a return on any item Isell, but please be aware that I do not pay return shipping. It is possible foryou to be into your item for more money than your refund will cover aftershipping two ways and possibly up to a 20% restocking fee. Item damaged in the mail? Well, dangit. Inbuying an item from me you are agreeing to help out in any insurance claim. Youget any given refund from me, I get my refund from the PO. To start, you showme a picture of the damage and the damaged packaging along with thecorrespondence or notes from the USPS. We may end up working it out throughinsurance and the PO might need to take possession of the item or I may ask fora part to be mailed back, like a book cover or part of the box or I may call ita wash. No refunds from returns are made until an item or partial item isreturned. Remember you need to save any damaged packaging and the damaged itemas it may need to be given to the PO as part of a claim.

Item go missing? Well...I have onlineview-able tracking on every package so just let me know and both of us caneasily look into it. If it is a week or more outside of delivery then we shouldboth call the USPS. It will dramatically increase the chances of shaking looseany stuck packages within the system.

Don\'tbe offended when I file Non-Paying Buyer after 5 days. It isn\'t personal, justwith the bulk I am handling, it is easier to let keep track of that. Ifyou can\'t pay right away, it would be a good idea (and common courtesy) to askif I mind before you buy. If you need a few extra days, I really don\'t mind atall. I do mind if you don\'t ask.

My handling time is 1 day, but most shipments go out in far lessthan 24 hours and even some within mere minutes of paying. I generally shipitems out first thing in the morning and sometimes a second time in theafternoon. response is automatically given out after you receive your item andare happy.
