EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

To make is easier for your gift giving list we hope our extended holiday return policy helps. Orders placed from October 23 - December 23 are eligible to be returned until January 31, 2013. To qualify please see below. Any item no meeting these requests are not eligible for store credit.

1. Item returned must be inoriginalbox with all original packing.

2. Item returned must not be missing any parts.

3. Item must be received back into Ken\'s Sewing Center\'s warehouse by January 31, 2013.

4. Buyer is to pay return insured shipping to Ken\'s Sewing Center. Damaged items cannot be used for store credit. Please insure your return in the event this should occur.

5. Refund will be in the form of store credit at our website. Store Credit must be redeemed by January 31, 2013.
