Hi,up for sale is a Herbert Hoover s President signed Postmaster General Appointment dated July 12th,1932 and was for a Gentleman named Levy Lement.The Total Framed Piece measures approximately 28\" wide by 18\" tall,and is complete with a picture and first day cover.The framing probably cost more than the listing price but was recently taken out of a saleed storage locker,so is priced to sell.
