Heritage Mint china made in Japan. Willow-Blue color. I inherited these from my great-grandmother after she died in 2002, so I don\'t know how old they are. They have been in storage since I got them. I decided to sell them since I have nowhere to display them.This plate measures 18 1/2\" in diameter. Slight scallop along long edges and smallish handles on short sides. See pics. Scuff marks on bottom from where it sat, all along the lip on bottom.
