Very nicely repaired and restored Herters 7\'9\" trout rod. NS ferrules, UL bakelite reel seat. I bought it off a rod restorer on three years ago and fished it a couple of times. I rate it a medium-slow action, close to parabolic. It is very relaxing to cast. New wraps new varnish and one expert repair near the butt--looks a partial delam. This rod is not a pristine collectible, it is FISHING rod, very affordable and ready for the water. Come with a new sock and a non original South Bend tube. Help me thin out the rod closet!
