History In Pictures Part 1 - vintage school text book 1920s / 30s:

This is a lovely old book, a fascinating glimpse into teaching in the early half of the 20th century. No date, but judging by the illustrations inside of the \'present\' it\'s from the 1920s or early 1930s. There is no mention of World War Two, but mention of World War One, so it predates 1939. Title is:
History In Pictures Part 1
Written by Ed. J. S. Lay with drawings by John Macfarlane. Plenty of black and white illustrations, and some lovely colours ones, too. It\'s A4 size, a slim book, paper bound and with some wear. Creases and some small marks to the covers and some wear inside. Some of the pages have some small tears. Overall, it\'s not too bad. It\'s been well-used, but this adds to its appeal.
