Jefferson County is a county located western Pennsylvania. The county was established on March 26, 1804, from part of Lycoming County . Its county seat is Brookville. Other towns are Big Run, Brockway, Corsica, Falls Creek, (partly in Clearfield County) Punxsutawney, Reynoldsville, Summerville, Sykesville, Timblin and Worthville.
