Up for your consideration is a vintage MATCHBOOK from EL RANCHO VEGAS Hotel. El Rancho opened April 3, 1941 and closed June 17, 1960. It was located at 2500 Las Vegas Boulevard. It had a Western Theme and Opera House Attraction. It was destroyed by fire June 17, 1960 while Betty Grabel and Harry James were performing. There were no deaths or injuries and the Hotel was never rebuilt. Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward were married at El Rancho Vegas in 1958.

Matchbook is in very good condition for its age -- at least 57 years old! It shows a little discoloration due to age, with no other damage.
