I know your excited about getting your new item! I try to ship as quickly as possible, within 48 hours. Sometimes depending of the item or price I add a handle fee of few dolars just to make sure the item get to the destination safe and no broken in pieces, good packing is require and packing suplies are expensive, but the key of all this is you buy something and you get it completed, I do ship through USPS or Fedex and Global International Shipping Program, so tracking is provided for your package. I unfortunately can not control USPS or Fedex. So if you have not received your item please take a second to look at the tracking or email me. Most likely it is on its way. Insurance is your option. Please let me know if you would like Insurance purchased for your package.
