- Collection. Collection on items ispossible. Cash or Paypal can be used as a method of payment for all collectionitems
- Prompt Payment. Please ensure all itemsare paid for promptly so that we can ensure your purchase is shipped out niceand quickly for you. The quicker you pay for your item the quicker you willreceive it
- Late Payment. If a buyer does not payfor an item within 8 days of the end of sale/listing then an unpaid itemcase will be automatically opened
- Postage costs. The cost of shippingcovers the cost of packaging materials, the actual cost to ship your item andalso part covers the fees that charge on the shipping costs. (charge fees even on the money a buyer pays for shipping)
- Dispatch time. We pack and dispatch allitems within two business days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email when your item isdispatched.
- Delivery time. We use a standardservice which may take several days to arrive. For more urgent deliveries, youcan upgrade and pay a shipping supplement. Please contact us if you need toupgrade the shipping for your purchase
- Loss or damage. We comply with courierpacking guidelines to minimise the chance of damage. We also retain proof ofposting for our items. If you have not received your item two weeks afterreceiving our dispatch note, or if there has been damage in transit, thenplease email us so that we can resolve this problem for you (see Returns &Refunds)
- Combined Shipping. If you wish to purchase more than one itemfrom us then we do offer combined shipping. Please ensure you do not pay forany items until we have combined your items into one invoice and added thediscounted postage. Please contact us for us to combine your items into oneinvoice.
- Our promise. We endeavour to ensurethat all customers are 100% happy with every part of the transaction whenpurchasing from us. If there are any problems with your purchase please docontact us to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem with you beforeyou leave response
- 14-Day returns policy. In line with Distance Selling Regulations, ifwe ship an item to you within the EU, you can change your mind and be fullyrefunded for the item and outbound shipping costs. You must return the item tous in the condition sold, and within 14 days of receipt. The return postage isat your expense. Please contact us prior to making the return. This does notapply to items collected by you
- Item lost or damaged in post. If weship an item to you and it gets lost or damaged then we will replace it orrefund the value of the item and postage. Most items are delivered within a fewdays, but sometimes there are delays. Please contact us if you have notreceived your item within two weeks of receiving our dispatch note
- Item significantly not as described. Ifthe item materially differs from the photographs and listing description thenwe\'ll refund, or exchange, in line with your rights under Sale of Goods Act1979. We require items to be returned promptly, but we may at our discretionask you to send a photo to verify damage, agree with you a partial refund,collect the item, or pre-authorise a refund of your return postage costs. Bymaterial difference we mean a clear listing error, misrepresentation or faultwhich materially affects the item\'s value. For items which are collected fromus directly we do ask you to ensure you are happy with your purchase beforetaking it away.
