Charming traditional embroidered black kerchief shawl. Purchased in Hungary. 30X30\" square. Two ends are narrow hemmed; the two sides use the selvage as the finish. The fabric is a wonderful twill weave; my guess is that it is a cotton/wool blend or 100% cotton. It is in excellent condition--very lightly used from its appearance. Probably 20-30 years old.
