Illinois Watch Co. 16 size 21 jewel open face lever-set pocketwatch movement/dial/hands. Nice looking movement with an attractive spiral and circular pattern nickel damaskeen and with gold flashed screws and regulator assembly. Fronted by a double-sunkenamel dial with bold Arabic hournumerals and with half-moon shapes at the 5 minute positions. Serial number is 4559837.

Not running. Fully wound and balance wheel tilts to the side suggesting a likely bad balance staff and/or balance jewel(s). Nice looking movement with good color and luster. Winding wheels have some oxide. Dial faces up very well but has some faint outer chapter hairlines. Hour and seconds-hand have finish loss, minute hand is a replacement of mismatched style.
