You are offerding on a silver1 Rupee coin fromBikanir State(located in modern day India)thatwas minted in 1937(VS1994).This coinwas mintedwhen India was under British rule and when Bikanir State was ruled by Ganga Singh who reigned from 1887 to 1942. This coin is a special commemorative coin that was issued to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of his rule and was issued to guests at Ganga Singh's Golden Jubilee festivities.The obversedesign of the coin features a bust of Ganga Singh facing forward andthe reverse design of the coin features an inner circle containing a "GS" monogram below a crown with the date below the circle. This coin is listed as KM#73 or Bruce#XM1 in Bruce's UnusualWorld Coins.
