A pair of high quality Irish bright cut silver sugar tongs, c1795.There is the harp mark for Dublin and a square hiberian mark.The makers mark is not clear.Otherwise the nips are in excellent condition and bear the Irish star and the shell bowl.Possibly by John Daly due to the close similarity with marked work.Length 5.75 inch. Weight 40 gms
