That said, here it is again) From a Tucson estate some years ago is this is this attractive 14K solid yellow gold fancy box link necklace chain, a vintage Italian beauty crafted from generous amounts of precious metal. This neither looks nor feels like anything less than what it actually is - the product of a quality conscious maker taking no short cuts. The chain is actually segments of regular box links, interspersed at regular intervals with elongated box links ...a decidedly attractive combination. It is multiple marked with \"D.G.\" (in incuse rectangle) and \"ITALY\" to the ends on one side, and \"14K\" (in incuse rectangle) and \"BREV.\" to the other...all exactly as proper for a genuine vintage example by this firm. The clasp is marked \"585\". Weight is very good for the form at about 7.6 grams on my portable digital scale. Condition is quite fine with just an appropriate aura of time to the gleaming gold surfaces and no damage or any hidden restorations - the bracelet is instantly ready for purposeful use. That sturdy original lobster clasp is good to go. There are just typical and expected minor signs of occasional period wearing, here simply more evidence of the real vintage thing. A look at those pics should give a good idea of appearance and condition. Size is about 20 1/16 in. long; about 1.9mm wide, giving a nice presence when worn about. If you collect the better sort of vintage modern and contemporary Italian designer jewelry by well regarded makers and especially versatile wearable artworks as this, or simply wish this single visual improvement to the ambiance of each day, this will have great meaning for you.
