The LimitedEditionBarbie listed here is the first one in a collection celebrating themystery and intrigue of a masquerade ball. She wears an ivory pleated skirtwith a black bodice that is adorned in silvery embroidery. Over this is agorgeous ebony velvet cape lined in scarlet. Her harlequin mask is adorned withfeathers, Swarovski crystals, and hand-beaded tassels. She also wears a regal headdresswith black and white feathers. This isIllusion Barbie, from the Masquerade Gala Collection. The doll was released01-01-1998. She was purchased second-hand, and does appear that she has notbeen removed from the box, and is in near mint condition. The tissue with thegold ribbon on the front of the doll has been opened. Included with this Barbieis the certificate of authenticity, and a doll stand. ~~~ Hopefully the pictureswill do her justice. She may be ideal for a collector to display.
