As title.

M/M with original gum on bottom (about one third of the total) but large thin.

Not sure about the black line at the right foot of \"N\" in \"CHINA\".
By moving the tweezers lightly pass it I can feel uneven surface. So maybe paper flaw catching the ink when printed?
