Up for sale is Japanese Pattern 1899 NCO Cavalry Sword Type 32 which was used from the Russo-Japan War of 1905 until the World War II Era. The blade is the standard Japanese military grade steel, machine made blade with serial numbers on the ricasso . The blade measures 32 1/2 inches in length and remains in very good condition with oil. Overall is 39 1/4 inches. It is heavy, very sharp and has a long, wide fuller running the total length of the blade. One side of scabbard has a two small dents.
