$125.00

A wonderful Important VintageMid-Century Modernist StudioArt Pottery Vase, which is signed on the bottom by the Artist in Japanese characters. This great piece of Japanese Studio Art Pottery has a wonderful earth toned, textured glaze on it\'s exterior and the interior is glazed as well.I pulled thisdynamic Mid-CenturyAbstract Design Vase out of a box of great Art Potterythat was left to me. According to the Estate Paperwork, there is aModernist Vase in the box of Art Pottery that was done by a very famous Japanese Potter and signed in Characters; I could only find this one and can\'t find a name in the paperwork (so, hopefully someone out there will recognize the Artist\'s Name). It is signed on the bottom (as seen in the photos) and is in excellent condition. It measures7 5/16 inchestall,3 7/16 inches indiameter at it\'s widest, the base is 2 11/16 inches in diameter and the top is 2 15/16 inches in diameter. A beautiful piece of Art Pottery by a great Artist that would enhance any Mid-Century Home, Studio Pottery Collection, Modernist Collectionor any home. Thank you for viewing this beautiful piece, have a wonderful day and be good to one another!Note: I would greatly appreciate a 5 star rating, being that judgessellers with this system and charges more to sellers who don\'t maintain this rating and it also effects the placement of our listings; I describe the items as they are, give a detailed condition report and mention all damage, if any at all; I ask that you keep in mind that antiques and vintage items in good condition will usually show a small amount of wear, as expected, due to their age, which is why I may call something excellent condition, very good condition, good condition or fair condition, but I will not call something pristine or mint, unless it has never been used or handled and shows no wear, due to age and handling; I will ship within 1 day of your paying for the item, if not sooner; I will answer all questions, so don\'t hesitate to ask (there are no silly questions); I am happy to add more photos, though I tend to putthe maximum in the listing, so as to show all the detail of the antique, jewelry or Art; when it comes to shipping, I only charge for the box and actual shipping charges (I don\'tcharge for bubble wrap, insurance ordelivery confirmation) and if we save any money at all on shipping, I will refund that amount to you; should the shipping cost more than you are charged, I will absorb the added cost andit\'ll be my gift to you; should something be damaged in shipment, all I ask is that you contact meright away and then take the item and it\'s original packaging back to the Post Office for inspection, at which time I will refund your moneyand make you whole, prior to my getting the insurance settlement (fortunately we pack everything extremely well). Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchasein any way or if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can work together toward a positive solution. I, upon receiving your response, will reciprocate! I believe, as my mentor says: \"We were placedon this Earthto see one another through - not to see through one another\" and I want everyone to have a very positive buying experience and hopefully add me to their favorites list.
